RETURNS AND WARRANTIES
- Defects in store goods are removed, quality goods are exchanged/returned, low-quality goods are exchanged/returned in accordance with the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania and other valid legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania. In all cases, money for returned goods is transferred only to the payer’s bank account.
- The buyer has the right, without giving a reason, to refuse the contract and to return the received (taken) goods, gifts – within the period specified in point 7.4 of the Purchase and Sale Rules. This provision means that the Buyer, who changes his mind or for other reasons decides to refuse the Goods during the mentioned period, has the right to notify the Seller verbally or in writing of his desire to refuse the contract and return the goods with gifts to the Seller and to recover the money paid, informing the Seller by means of communication indicated in the contact section, specifying the name of the returned product, the order number and the reasons for the return.
- Defective goods can be returned if the defects are identified within the product’s shelf life. The costs of returning the goods and the Gift must be borne by the Buyer.
- The aforementioned right to withdraw from the contract and return goods does not apply to Contracts for:
- Goods produced according to special instructions of the user, i.e. i.e. goods which are not pre-made and which are manufactured according to the user’s personal choice or instruction, regardless of whether the goods have started production or not, or for goods which are clearly tailored to the user’s personal needs (for example, but not limited to, goods with personal initials);
- Goods which, due to their nature, are inseparably mixed with other items after delivery;
- When the buyer returns/exchanges the goods, it is necessary to comply with the following conditions:
- The returned item must be in its original, neat packaging;
- The product must be undamaged by the Buyer;
- The product must be unused, without losing its appearance as a product (label intact, protective film not torn off, etc.) (this clause does not apply in the case of returning a defective product);
- The returned product must be in the same configuration as the Buyer received it;
- When returning the product, it is necessary to present the document of its purchase.
- The Seller has the right not to accept the goods returned by the Buyer if the Buyer does not follow the established procedure for returning the goods.
- The buyer’s right to withdraw from the contract and return quality goods with gifts applies only to natural persons and occurs from the date of conclusion of the Contract, as defined in Part 5 of the Rules. The Buyer has the right within 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery of the Product to him, to withdraw from the contract and return the Product to the Seller and recover the money paid for it. In individual cases specified by the Seller, quality Goods can be returned within a longer period (such information is provided, for example: in the conditions/rules of the published offer, in the rules of the loyalty program).
- The Buyer, wishing to return the goods and cancel the Agreement, must contact the Seller orally or send a filled-in free form request to the Seller, which would state the decision to cancel the Agreement. Upon receipt of the Buyer’s notification, the Seller immediately sends a confirmation of receipt of the notification.
- Goods are returned to the address specified by UAB “Reklamdariai”.
- The Buyer shall immediately and in any case not later than within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of notification to the Seller of his decision to return the goods (or to withdraw from the contract) return or hand over the Goods to the Seller or to a person authorized to accept the Seller’s Goods. If the Buyer has sent the Goods within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of notification to the Seller about his decision to return the goods (or to cancel the contract), it is considered that the Buyer has sent the goods within the specified deadline for returning the goods.
- When returning the wrong product and/or low-quality product, the Seller undertakes to take back such products and replace them with similar, suitable products, or refund the money. When returning or exchanging quality goods, the Buyer will not be reimbursed for the delivery costs paid by him to the Seller.
- When returning, it is necessary to present the VAT invoice (its number), or another document confirming the purchase of the Product from the Seller (eg: payment card statement) and the order number.
- The Seller must return to the Buyer the money paid for the goods refused by the Buyer to the Buyer’s account no later than within fourteen days from the day on which he received the Buyer’s notice of contract cancellation. The Seller may not return the amounts paid to the Buyer until the goods are returned to the Seller.
- In the event that the Goods were delivered to the Buyer after the Contract was terminated:
- The Buyer must immediately return the Goods to the Seller;
- Except for the cases related to poor-quality Goods, as provided for in Clause 7.8 of the Purchase and Sale Rules, the Buyer will be responsible for covering the costs of returning the Goods to the Seller;
- The Buyer has the obligation to properly store the Goods until they are returned to the Seller;
- The price of the product and delivery costs are reimbursed to the Buyer in accordance with clause 7.8.
- In all cases, the Buyer will have the rights arising from the sale of poor-quality Goods, which are provided for by the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania. The return rules specified in this 7 or other parts of the Rules do not affect the existence of these rights.
